What is the Sovereign Congress of African Leaders (SCAL)?
SCAL is a South African-based Non-Profit Organization (NPO) that unites African traditional leaders (Kings, Queens, and Chiefs) to collaborate on solving Africa’s most pressing issues, such as poverty, unemployment, and economic development.
Who can become a member of the Congress?
Membership is open to:

Community Leaders and Organizations aligned with our vision.
How does SCAL assist traditional communities?
We act as a bridge between traditional leadership and practical development. We provide the tools, training, and strategic planning needed for leaders to implement projects in agriculture, health, infrastructure, and tourism within their own regions.
Is SCAL a political organization?
No. SCAL is a non-partisan, non-profit organization focused on governance, social development, and cultural restoration. We work alongside government bodies (Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs) to ensure that traditional leaders are effectively integrated into decision-making processes.
